All sales are final. The products are inspected prior to shipping. Should you receive a product that is defective, you must take a photo of the damaged product without removing it from the clear plastic bag and send it to us at info@thatsafoul.com. We will inspect the picture for damages.  If we see that there is a problem with the foam or the printing, we will send you a new product after we receive the damaged one. The damaged product must be returned, unopened, in the plastic bag in order to receive a new product.  We do not refund money.  We only provide a new card if the one you received was damaged in any way.
